[Official FAQ] Corrections and follow-up questions welcome.
Multiple quants, adapters, KV scratch, Docker images, and HF caches add up. Filling the disk causes cryptic runtime failures.
Habits:
- Dedicate a data volume; monitor free space with alerts.
- Delete failed partial downloads; prune unused tags deliberately.
- Document which hash/quant is “production” so people do not duplicate blindly.
Rough planning: expect far more than a single file size. Capacity war stories welcome.
